Letsgoactive training group cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and carefully handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your details available to third parties for commercial purposes.
Below you can read how we process your data, where we save it, what security techniques we use and for whom the data are transparent.
We take web hosting and e-mail services from an external hosting party. This hosting party processes data on our behalf and has taken as many technical and organizational measures as possible to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. They will never use your details for their own purposes or resell them to third parties.
Our website is provided with an SSL certificate, so that your data – for example when using a contact form – can be sent securely via an encrypted connection.

Newsletter / or other automated e-mail
For our Newsletter we use the following data:
- E-mail addressWe use this information only for sending a personalized newsletter. Your data is stored in Mailchimp. The storage of your data is for an indefinite period of time. You can unsubscribe whenever you want via the link at the bottom of the newsletters or by sending an email to email@example.com.
At the bottom of every e-mail newsletter that has been automatically sent via our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click on this you will no longer receive e-mail from our website.
Use is made of cookies and other internet technologies that make it clear whether newsletters and / or e-mails are opened and read.
We use different contact forms on this site where we receive the following information from you:

- Subject of your question
We use this information only for answering your question or comment.

These third parties have all been kept confidential on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation. Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. We keep your data as long as you are customer with us. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
